Design Drafting Service
Our Design Drafting team specialises in the design and drafting of façade elements ranging but not limited to external louvres and sunscreens,
curtain walling, windows and glazing and exterior wall cladding.
Our façade specialists have the following capabilities:

- Production of Manufacturing/Production Drawings
We are able to provide a complete design and drafting package for the external skin or curtain wall of commercial and industrial buildings. Aspects
of our service to customers include the design of the sub-structure which is used on most curtain wall projects to provide a means of levelling the vertical or
horizontal face of the building and ultimately producing a uniformly flat or curved surface. Our design and drafting team can offer expertise in aluminium
composite panels, insulated panels, windows/glazing, louvres and roofing.
We can also provide clients with detailed drawings of the panels, windows, louvres and sub-girts on CAD to facilitate ease of approval, fabrication
and installation. We are also familiar with the Sirowet or NATA method of testing curtain walls and external wall facades.
Project Management
Metanovus Teasco has an in-house project management team that has an intimate knowledge of the commercial building industry in facades and the external
envelope of buildings both in Australia and throughout Asia. Our Project Management team can assist your organisation in meeting strict deadlines and budgets to
ensure your project is delivered and installed on time and within budget.
As part of this process, Metanovus Teasco is very familiar with online document management systems such as Aconex and we also use software called
Buildlogic to facilitate our internal contract/project management.

The supervisory staff on site is critical in achieving a quality project on time and within budget. Our installation management staff has over twenty
years experience within the Australian and Asian commercial construction market. All of our personnel strive to maintain the highest standards of
quality and professionalism whilst managing projects.
Wherever possible, Metanovus Teasco has its key personnel trained by the product suppliers, both domestic and international, on the most up to date
installation and technical details in addition to in-house training.
